Well, Bluie and Cairo got experimented on by GUN, the outcome being that they have to be connected by that chain to live because they rely on eachother's energy. Well, in this picture, something broke the chain. The effect kicked in for Bluie first. So Cairo's gonna die in a matter of minutes in this picture. :'U

Oand. Cairo's metal mask thing.
The experimenting gave him lung problems. So the mask helps him breathe. The reason he can't talk is because there's a tube that goes into his mouth and down his throat to filter air and all. So, he can't take it off. XD
